At Townhouse 27, art and design are not decorative additions, but an integral part of the hotel's identity and atmosphere. The architectural concept — awarded First Prize for Architecture at the Belgrade Architecture Salon following the transformation of the original residential building into a boutique hotel — was conceived with a deeply individual approach to space.

Every room, suite, and common area was designed as a unique composition, shaped through subtle geometry, changing angles, and the natural movement of light throughout the day. The hotel continues to attract architects and design enthusiasts drawn to its distinctive spatial solutions and quiet architectural complexity. Custom-designed furniture was created specifically for each room, making every accommodation unique in size, layout, and character, while remaining connected through a shared aesthetic language of clean geometric forms, grounding tones, refined textures, and the highest quality natural materials, fabrics, and wall coverings.

Works by renowned Serbian sculptor and graphic artist Gabriel Glid, together with rotating exhibitions by local and international artists, create a quiet dialogue between art, design, and everyday life. Guests encounter art naturally throughout their stay — while moving through the hotel, pausing for coffee, or simply taking a quiet moment for themselves.

Each month, the hotel team also carefully follows Belgrade's cultural calendar and curates a selection of the city's most compelling exhibitions and artistic events, personally recommended to guests during their stay.
